About This Vending Option

LOCATION: Hillside International Truth Center 2450 Cascade Rd, Atlanta, GA 30311. Please be prepared to have all items needed for the preparation of your food as the space will be bare. There is a source of water in the stationary bathrooms.

1. This event is a zero-waste event. All packaging/food containers must be made from recyclable materials. 
2. As a courtesy and requirement, all food vendors are requested to not serve or sell any Cooked Greens of any kind. 
3. Please note that this is a pork-free event.
4. Please prepare a list of ingredients included for all food products for potential allergy disclosure. 
5. Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopies, tables and chairs.
6. All displays and products must be contained within your contracted vending space.
7. Vendors are required to staff their booth space the entire duration of the event.
8. Each vendor is responsible for ensuring safety and security in and around their booth in a manner that minimizes risk or hazard to the public and their belongings. 
9. Vendors are totally responsible for the safety of all accompanying children. 
10. This is an outdoor festival and will operation rain or shine. Cancellation or event modifications due to extreme or severe weather will be communicated in advance.
11. Vendor setup is between 7:00AM - 11:00AM, You will be assigned a Set Up Time and number before arrival, (Keep up with the vendor meetings)
12. Vendor disassembly of space must begin at 6:00PM, leaving the space as it was found. 
13. Vendors must dismantle and depart no later than 7:30PM.
14. Food vendors are expected to abide by the county health guidelines. 
15. Vendors are responsible for trash disposal (bins will be provided).
16. Change of booth location will not be allowed during the festival. 
17. Vendor shall not transfer, assign, or sublease this Vendor Application or booth space to any other party without written consent. 
18. Limited electrical power will be available. Safe and quiet generators are allowed. 
19. Security will be onsite. All security related issues must be reported to security immediately. 

20. Attention Food Vendors:

    As outlined in your contract, each vendor is required to contribute 6 lunch-sized meals for event volunteers. Vouchers will be distributed at the Welcome/ Info Booth, and volunteers will present them to you when redeeming their meals. We appreciate your cooperation in supporting our volunteers and making the event a success! Thank you for your participation.
