About This Vending Option

Vintage Meets Vegan welcomes a limited number of community organizations, nonprofits, educational initiatives, and mission-driven programs to participate in The Community Resource Space.

This area is designed for organizations that educate, inform, engage, and connect with attendees through meaningful conversations and community resources.

Rather than selling products, Community Resource Partners are encouraged to create an inviting space where guests can learn about their mission, discover opportunities to get involved, and build lasting connections.

Community Resource Space Includes

• Approximately 8' x 8' exhibit space
• One 6-foot table and two chairs (if needed)
• Organization listing on the Vintage Meets Vegan website
• Recognition in the Community Partner directory
• Opportunity to distribute educational materials and resources
• Networking opportunities with attendees and fellow partners
• Registration includes admission for the primary point of contact (POC) plus one additional exhibitor.

Community Resource Guidelines

Community Resource Spaces are intended for:

• Nonprofit organizations
• Community initiatives
• Educational programs
• Government or civic organizations
• Health and wellness outreach
• Environmental organizations
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Volunteer and advocacy organizations

Please note:

• No retail sales are permitted within Community Resource Spaces.
• Donations, volunteer sign-ups, memberships, and informational materials are welcome.
• Interactive demonstrations, educational activities, and community engagement are encouraged.
