About This Vending Option

Exclusively for 100% plant-based local juice bars, mocktail mixologists, and conscious beverage creators. Because our multi-hour experience combines a runway show, a clothing swap, and a market, our 250+ anticipated attendees will actively be seeking refreshing drinks and sweet, plant-based treats throughout the event. This tier is strictly for sweet and beverage creators (savory/entrée vendors are excluded).

How It Works & Location Options:

• Option A: The Warehouse Market ($100 base): You will be set up with a 10x10 space inside our main warehouse vendor market. Your service window runs from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, catching the heavy daytime foot traffic of the clothing swap, eco-market, workshops, and immersive experiences.
• Option B: The Main Runway Room Upgrade (Additional $25 + Approval Required): Upgrade your setup to a 10x10 space in the main event room where the Refashion Runway show is happening. This option extends your service window until 7:00 PM, allowing you to capture the peak evening audience. (limited slots available and must be approved)

The Perks & Curation Standards:

• 100% Plant-Based: Every menu item must be strictly plant-based and cruelty-free.
• Curated Selection: This is a thoughtfully curated market. To maximize your sales volume, we work hard to avoid identical competing businesses. While some vendors may offer similar items (for example, two vendors might serve salads), we ensure the menus vary significantly in style, flavor profile, and variety.
• Community Exposure: Includes entry for up to 2 staff members and a feature listing on our Eventbrite public vendor directory, our Instagram and Facebook Event Page, and our website at https://vintagemeetsvegan

Founder Collaboration Videos: Approved culinary vendors receive up to 2 collaborative promotional videos featuring the event's Founder and Host, K.C. aka VintageVegan78. These high-energy, collaborative videos will be prominently featured on all official event social media channels to spotlight your food to our growing audience. (optional)

Our Collective Marketing Expectation: We deeply believe in strength in numbers and the power of collaboration. To make this event a massive success for everyone, approved vendors are expected to actively share event marketing materials across their own social channels. We require a dedicated group promotion post at least once a month leading up to the event, moving to weekly promotional posts during the final 4 weeks prior to our October 3rd event date.

Optional Vendor Ticket-Sale Reimbursement Incentives

We want to reward our vendors who help pack the house! Participation in these ticket-sale promotions is completely optional. If you elect to participate, we will provide you with a unique tracking code to share with your audience.

• The GA Milestone: If your community purchases 5 General Admission tickets using your unique tracking code, we will reimburse you $20.00 of your paid vendor booth fee.
• The Runway Milestone: If your community purchases 3 Refashion Runway VIP tickets using your unique tracking code, we will reimburse you $25.00 of your vendor fee. See below for more.
• The Ultimate VIP Reward: Vendors who hit the Runway Milestone will also receive a special post-event collaborative promotional video featured across all event platforms, plus guaranteed first-right-of-refusal for a premier vendor spot at our upcoming Spring Edition of Vintage Meets Vegan!
