Exclusively for independent vintage clothing collectors, upcycled fashion designers, slow-fashion textile artists, handmade jewelry creators, apothecary brands, and zero-waste artisans. This space is designed for independent brands looking to connect directly with a highly targeted, conscious Atlanta community.

• The Space: A spacious 10x10 footprint.
• The Energy: We are seeking unique, pre-loved, or reworked items that celebrate circular fashion and ethical craftsmanship.
• The Selection: This is a thoughtfully curated market. To ensure high conversion rates and excellent profit margins for our makers, we work hard to avoid identical competing businesses.

Exclusively for true vintage collectors and archivists specializing in authentic apparel, textiles, and accessories from the 1990s and earlier. This space is strictly dedicated to preserving fashion history and circular style. No modern thrift, fast-fashion lookalikes, or reproduction pieces allowed.

• Note: Bring your own racks, tables, and creative setups that best showcase your brand! To align with our community values, we highly encourage the use of eco-conscious packaging where possible (such as recyclable paper bags, or letting guests place clothing directly into their own reusable totes).

The Runway Opportunity: Approved vendors have the exclusive opportunity to submit their approved collection to participate in the Refashion Runway Show. The Refashion Runway show will take place in our main room before an exclusive, high-vibe audience. Due to venue safety and capacity limits, guaranteed runway seating is strictly limited to our VIP ticket holders.

The Perks & Curation Standards:

• Community Exposure: Includes entry for up to 2 staff members and a feature listing on our Eventbrite public vendor directory, our Instagram and Facebook Event Page, and our website at https://vintagemeetsvegan
• Our Collective Marketing Expectation: We deeply believe in strength in numbers and the power of collaboration. To make this event a massive success for everyone, approved vendors are expected to actively share event marketing materials across their own social channels. We require a dedicated group promotion post at least once a month leading up to the event, moving to weekly promotional posts during the final 4 weeks prior to our October 3rd event date.

Optional Participation. 

Founder Collaboration Videos: Approved culinary vendors receive up to 2 collaborative promotional videos featuring the event's Founder and Host, K.C. aka VintageVegan78. These high-energy, collaborative videos will be prominently featured on all official event social media channels to spotlight your food to our growing audience. (optional)

Optional Vendor Ticket-Sale Reimbursement Incentives

We want to reward our vendors who help pack the house! Participation in these ticket-sale promotions is completely optional. If you elect to participate, we will provide you with a unique tracking code to share with your audience.

• The GA Milestone: If your community purchases 5 General Admission tickets using your unique tracking code, we will reimburse you $20.00 of your paid vendor booth fee.
• The Runway Milestone: If your community purchases 3 Refashion Runway VIP tickets using your unique tracking code, we will reimburse you $25.00 of your vendor fee. See below for more perks
• The Ultimate VIP Reward: Vendors who hit the Runway Milestone will also receive a special post-event collaborative promotional video featured across all event platforms, plus guaranteed first-right-of-refusal for a premier vendor spot at our upcoming Spring Edition of Vintage Meets Vegan!
