We cater all southern style comfort foods however, when we attend events with large crowds we limit our menu to a few selections. Normally we will offer fried chicken wings, catfish nuggets, French fries and drink combo. But if we are required to bring other souther style foods for tasting we can do that as well. We can bring out 4 well steam table to setup for more food options. What clearly makes us stand out from most is a limited menu which allows us to feed festival goers good food fast.
