This is a VEGAN, RAW, PLANT BASED Food Tasting Event. We support our attendees with transitioning into a Healthier Eating Lifestyle. The Veggie Taste is used as a tool to expose and educate the importance of changing over to a Plant Based, Raw, or Vegan Food way of eating. Some will perceive to eat this way is only for an Elite group of people however that is not the case. Eating healthy is for all classes of economic groups and can be very affordable and cost effective depending on where you shop. Great affordable places to start are Outdoor Farmers Market's, Aldis, Korean Markets and Trader Joe's.
